Health and Fitness Night with Katie
7:00 PM in the RS Room at the Church.
Katie is going to give us some great Nutrition and Fitness tips as well as answer any questions that you make have....so think of some things you've been wondering about related to fitness! Also...we're going to have smoothies and Katie will show us some easy work out moves!
Friday:
EQ Game Night
6:30 PM in the RS Room at the Church.
This is for everyone! It's a fun date night and a great way to meet friends. There'll be games and pizza. If you have a favorite game....bring it as well.
Sunday:
Father's Day Song
We're singing the closing hymn in Sacrament meeting. "Home can be a Heaven on Earth" #298. Unison the 1st verse and then whomever can sing harmony split into parts on the 2nd and 3rd verse.
