Freezer Meals

We are going to be demonstrating some freezer meal ideas for adults and also how to freeze baby food. We'll have recipes and quick meal ideas. We will also give some ideas on freezing/preparing your meats in advance to make the cooking of your meals quicker. It's going to be great -- with the demonstrations and tips done by sisters in the ward. Try to be on time as much as possible so we can get things going! We're excited to see ya tonight :)
